If you decide to buy a "Non Cleared" FDA Laser or LED, please check with your attorney about any malpractice laws in your state. Most these devices sold on ebay, and/or the internet, are not cleared for human use.

A company called Laser Therapeutics "www.lasertherapy.us" received a warning letter from the FDA for selling their devices, without market approval.

The FDA states, "A review of our records reveals that you have not obtained marketing approval or clearance before you began offering your product for sale, which is a violation of the law."
